Full Time & Part Time for all shifts (Day, Evening, Night, Variable).

• Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• 5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE:
  Teaching Experience

• 1 year of LTC geriatric experience preferred
• Experience as a staff nurse with LTC
• Supervisory experience with nursing assistants
• Experience with an interdisciplinary team
• 5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE:
  Three to five years direct care experience; MDS/RAI Experience

Pay Range: $30.55 - $38.83 per hour. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities.
