Associate RN Employee (Caregiver) Health
In promoting optimal health and well‑being, the Associate Caregiver Health RN (CHRN) supports Providence Saint Joseph Health caregivers by delivering occupational and environmental health services. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with state, federal, and PSJH policies; collaborating with Infection Prevention, Absence and Disability Management, Workers' Compensation, and Well‑being teams; providing pre‑employment health screenings and vaccinations; delivering training and education; and managing surveillance to keep caregivers prepared and safe.
Responsibilities- Provide pre‑employment health screens, vaccinations, training, and surveillance for caregivers.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and PSJH policies.
- Collaborate with Infection Prevention, Absence & Disability Management, Workers' Compensation, and Well‑being teams to promote occupational health.
- Serve as a role model for the organization’s mission, values, and safety culture.
- Washington Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an RN in an acute hospital setting or similar nursing environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 6 months experience in an Employee/Occupational Health setting.
- Minimum 6 months experience with computer databases and systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and OHM.
