Key Requirements & Desired

Experience:

• Active RN BSN license valid in Washington state
• Previous experience supporting pediatric populations, especially in school or similar environments, preferred
• Confidence in managing care for children with hearing loss, providing g-tube assistance, and supporting mobility/positioning for wheelchair users
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
• Ability to maintain accurate records and adhere to strict confidentiality standards

What Youll Do:

• Provide attentive 1:1 care for a preschool student, ensuring medical and safety needs are met throughout the school day
• Assist with hearing loss accommodations, g-tube feedings, and all mobility needs tied to wheelchair use
• Collaborate with educational team members to integrate medical care into the students daily activities
• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in the students condition promptly and professionally
• Build relationships with families and educators to foster a supportive environment for student growth
