Manager, IT Business Partnering Cell Therapy QC Systems

Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) is hiring a Manager, IT Business Partnering Cell Therapy QC Systems in Bothell, WA. This role supports IT solutions that enable cell therapy quality control processes and collaborates with cross‑functional teams.

• Support all Cell Therapy Quality Control (QC) systems.
• Implement ongoing operational support of innovative solutions to enhance BMS product efficiency.
• Conduct software release activities, investigations, and coordinate complex projects.
• Keep up to date on quality control business processes including sample workflow, testing, environmental monitoring, quality release, reporting, and process trending.
• Collaborate with various teams to assist with the development of business design and implementation strategy.
• Participate in application development and implementation, including ownership of key deliverables such as User Requirements Specifications, Function Specifications, Design Specifications, and test cases.
• Up to 50% telecommuting permitted; up to 10% domestic travel required.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology Management or related field.
• Five (5) years of post‑bachelor’s progressive related work experience as Operations Research Analyst or related occupation.
• Experience supporting plant‑based Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) applications such as Sepax, Unicorn, Universal Device Manager, or Manufacturing Execution System.
• Experience implementing manufacturing applications such as Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and other QC systems (Cellometer, EM applications, Plate readers, Cytometry, PCR).
• Experience implementing software development life cycles and laboratory business processes.
• Experience conducting systems integration.
• Experience preparing IT change records.
• Experience developing Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification, Corrective Action Preventative Action, and Quality Control testing.
