The individual will support routine analysis including use of HPLC/UPLC system and capillary electrophoresis such as cIEF or CE-SDS.
Specific responsibilities will include:- Perform routine testing to support process development, formulations/DP and characterization and stability evaluations of company molecules
- Ensure lab efficiency with on-time delivery of results
- Conduct experiments and data analysis and interpret results with supervision
- Assist with instrument maintenance and assay troubleshooting
- Document results in an electronic lab notebook
- A BS in Analytical Chemistry or Biochemistry with greater than 1 year of relevant experience on therapeutic mAb and protein characterization in biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with variety of analytical tools specifically on HPLC/UPLC, capillary electrophoresis including CE-SDS or cIEF
- Successful candidate will have good oral, written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and effectively work in a team environment
- Ability to focus and work in a fast-pace and results oriented environment is essential
