With over 55,000 staff across 900 laboratories in more than 50 countries and a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods, we evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products.

• Conduct analytical methods to support analysis, monitoring and characterization of samples used in developing and scaling processes for biological therapeutic treatments.
• Perform quantification and characterization methods including UPLC/HPLC, iCE, CE, and N‑glycan analyses applied to proteins, antibodies, peptides and conjugates.
• Prepare buffers and solutions, maintain laboratory space and equipment, and support routine lab operations as required.
• Maintain written records (electronic lab notebooks and databases) of all experimental work in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
• Analyze, summarize and present experimental data and maintain accurate records in client‑provided electronic lab notebooks (ELNs).
• Collaborate effectively with team members and cross‑functional partners, proactively communicating issues, discussing prioritization and seeking guidance when needed.
• Stay flexible and open to learning new techniques and technologies as project needs evolve.

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative laboratory conducting protein characterization methods such as chromatographic, spectroscopic and other detection techniques.
• Demonstrated experience on Agilent systems and working knowledge of Empower software to perform capture and data analysis.
• Strong organizational skills, good lab safety awareness and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, capable of working independently and in a collaborative environment.

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or a similar scientific discipline.
• Authorization to work in the country indefinitely without sponsorship.

Position is full‑time, Mon‑Fri 8am‑4pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Bothell, WA are encouraged to apply.
