Senior Scientist, Chemical Process and Analytical Development

Role Responsibilities

• Independently design and execute laboratory experiments requiring complex data analysis.
• Maintain high standards for laboratory records, reports, patents, regulatory documents, and external communications.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art technologies (high‑throughput/data‑rich experimentation, computational tools, predictive software) to accelerate process development.
• Communicate abstract concepts and solutions to technical teams and chemistry leadership.
• Develop safe, scalable routes and processes on tight timelines aligned with portfolio goals.
• Author and review manuscripts, technical documents, patents, production reports, and technology transfer reports.
• Promote a supportive, inclusive work environment.
• Follow safety training and laboratory research guidelines to comply with regulations.

• PhD in Organic Chemistry with 0+ years industrial experience, or BS with 9+ years, or MS with 7+ years.
• Sound understanding of modern synthetic organic chemistry and purification technologies.
• Proven innovation/impact (peer‑reviewed publications, patents, or conference presentations).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Base salary: $93,600–$156,000; bonus target 12.5% of base; eligible for long‑term incentive program.
