Role:
Participant in Pfizer's two-year R&D rotational program focused on early to late-stage drug discovery and development in life sciences.
Objectives:gain broad experiential understanding of drug research, clinical trials, regulatory planning, and business support through four 6-month rotations.
Responsibilities:- engage in projects across disciplines including assay development, medicinal chemistry, clinical trial design, digital medicine, and data analytics; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to various R&D processes.
- Bachelor's in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Data Science, etc.)
- minimum 3.3 GPA
- up to 2 years of post-graduate work
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- willing to commit for two years

- exposure to drug discovery, clinical trial design, digital health, and cross-functional R&D teams
