If you love doughnuts and coffee, come join our Barista team in Bothell! Just as we celebrate the uniqueness of each of our doughnuts, we enthusiastically support the individuality of every one of our team members. We know that the personal attention our baristas offer our guests has as much to do with our success as the taste of our coffee and doughnuts.

Part-time

• Use a 'guest first' mindset when making decisions to prioritize duties
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service
• Bring a positive attitude to create a rapport with customers and build teamwork
• Serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages and coffee orders following Top Pot's recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Company guidelines and Health Department requirements
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

This is a regular, permanent part-time position, not a seasonal role. This position will also have the opportunity to work at our Juanita Cafe!
