Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and many other industry‑leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained in accordance with Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’s management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Possess a positive, professional attitude, be self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Be able to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Be able to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Be able to perform hard work in a fast‑paced work environment and meet defined physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs. This includes moving products from the stock rooms to the store floor and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location:
  Mill Creek, WA.
• Secondary locations:
  Bothell, WA.
• Schedule availability required:
  Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, starting at 5:00 AM. Schedule may change based on business needs.

Hourly compensation rate of $19.00. 401 Savings Plan, mileage reimbursement (according to company policy), strong career advancement opportunities, health and well‑being program, employee assistance program (EAP), internet reimbursement of $10.00 when a company device is not provided, safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE.
