Store Leader

Music & Arts seeks a Store Leader to drive sales, customer service, and lesson growth in our student-focused music retail environment. You will lead day-to-day store operations, coach a small team, and ensure an exceptional experience for students, parents, and educators. Responsibilities include meeting sales and rental goals, managing lesson enrollment, overseeing inventory and merchandising, scheduling, and basic P&L awareness. You'll build strong relationships with local schools and the community, maintain visual and operational standards, and support a culture that champions music education and inclusive, performance-driven teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail store operations to support music education and customer satisfaction
• Drive sales, rentals, and lesson enrollment to meet or exceed store targets
• Hire, train, and coach store staff to deliver excellent service to students, parents, and educators
• Manage scheduling, basic P&L awareness, and reporting to ensure operational efficiency
• Oversee inventory levels, merchandising, and visual presentation standards
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and student-focused store culture
• Build and maintain relationships with local schools and community partners
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high service standards across all touchpoints
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Support marketing and in-store events that promote music education and lessons
