Crane Rental Estimator​/Sales Representitive

Responsible for the maintenance and development of all sales and customer activities in an assigned market or work specialty. Establishes, plans and strategizes to maintain and expand the customer base in the assigned area and contributes to the development and growth of both the clients and the company.

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that assures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Provides timely, accurately and competitive pricing on all opportunities submitted from customers while striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
• Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales and information entered in company software.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Controls expenses to meet company guidelines and budgets.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures and ensures they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Promote and participate the company’s value of Safety.
• Prospect qualified leads, acquire new accounts and deliver profitable sales.
• Manage customers, contacts and all sales activities utilizing company specific software, Nex Gen.
• Become proficient in crane selection, rigging selection and layouts.
• Engage directly and establish relationship with customer base.

• Great communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Trainable and adaptable.
• Ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of the crane-rigging-heavy haul industry.
