Job Description

As a HUB Employee Benefits Producer, you will prospect for business based on your local networks, connections, and communities. This role is vital to our success in all our product lines—personal, commercial, employee benefits, and other coverages.

• Conduct sales, service, and solicitation of all forms of insurance business.
• Maximize growth and client retention through superior customer service.
• Develop accounts and cross‑sell available products and services.
• Generate and pursue new client opportunities.
• Present services and solutions at prospect meetings.
• Close new business prospects.
• Maintain solid business‑to‑business relationships to retain clients.

• 3+ years of business‑to‑business sales experience (commercial insurance sales highly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience selling to a specific industry is a plus.
• Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire; preference for existing licensure and industry designations.
• Strong listening skills and ability to determine clients’ needs efficiently.
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.

• Self‑starter and independent.
• Confident in cold‑calling and developing new business.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to grow the business.
• Integrity and focus on building relationships.

• Competitive base pay ranging from $60,000 to $250,000 per year, plus commission.
