Join 2020 Companies as a Field Sales Brand Ambassador and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Pay: $25 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus Opportunity
Responsibilities- Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship‑focused manner.
- Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
- Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
- Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in‑store.
- Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
- Maintain professional interaction with merchants and fellow employees; advise on product placement and competitive analysis.
- Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations and submit feedback reporting in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
- Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
- Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis.
- Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.
- Effectively execute assigned activities during all visits.
- Demonstrate ability to establish and influence business relationships.
- Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and successful Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory.
- Willingness to travel daily (approximately 22‑35 visits per day depending on geography).
- Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment.
- No weekends.
- Weekly pay (Daily Pay options available).
- Paid training and onboarding support.
- Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time.
- Next‑day pay options available.
