Technical Sales Representative
- Aggregate
- Develop and grow a high value project pipeline across the Greater Seattle and Greater Tacoma markets, targeting commercial, residential, and infrastructure opportunities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact, providing expertise on aggregate products, specifications, and applications while ensuring responsive service and issue resolution
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share, while building and strengthening long term relationships with contractors, estimators, and project stakeholders
- Oversee and coordinate sales activities across multiple aggregate sites, aligning customer demand with production capabilities, logistics, and quality standards
- Manage the sales pipeline and order book, delivering accurate forecasting, pricing strategies, and market insights to support business planning
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage complex customer relationships in a competitive market
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate product specifications and solutions
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills across a range of stakeholders
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines
This position operates in a dynamic environment that includes a combination of office work, customer site visits, and travel within the assigned territory. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external customers in construction and industrial settings.
