Residential Sales Representative

Fidelis Construction Inc. – Snohomish County, WA (Local Applicants)

Fidelis Construction Inc. is a fast-growing residential remodeling company seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Residential Sales Representative to join our team. This position focuses on following up on warm leads generated through referrals and ongoing marketing campaigns — no cold calling required.

• Follow up on leads provided by the company (referrals and active marketing)
• Meet with homeowners to assess their remodeling needs
• Guide clients through options, budgets, and project expectations
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth handoff
• Visit job sites as needed to maintain client confidence and clear communication

• Familiarity with all phases of residential remodeling and construction
• Proven background in sales (preferably in home services or construction)
• Clear, professional communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of construction estimating is helpful but not required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and organized

• Base pay + commission (negotiable based on experience — we’re open to proposals)
• Paid Time Off (PTO)

Projects located throughout Snohomish County and surrounding areas

Flexible hours, but availability for daytime client meetings is required
