Ready Mix Concrete Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Sales Representative to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and support our commitment to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service in the greater Seattle area.

What You ll Be Doing

Grow sales by identifying new opportunities, increasing market share, and building strong customer relationships.

Provide product expertise and customer support to help customers achieve successful project outcomes.

Manage pricing, quotations, contract negotiations, and customer issue resolution.

Utilize CRM tools and market intelligence to track performance, uncover opportunities, and monitor industry trends.

Partner with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional service.

What Are We Looking For

Strong knowledge of the ready-mix concrete industry, including operations, quality standards, construction practices, and commercial requirements.

Demonstrated ability to develop new business, manage customer relationships, negotiate agreements, and deliver results.

Business acumen with the ability to prioritize opportunities, manage multiple projects, and execute strategic initiatives.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills with the ability to influence and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Strong analytical and technical capabilities, including proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and data driven decision making.

Primarily field based with regular travel to customer locations, Heidelberg Materials sites, and project locations throughout the greater Seattle area.

Combination of customer visits, office work, plant visits, job site visits, prospecting activities, and virtual meetings.

Frequent interaction with customers, operations teams, contractors, and business partners.

Use of standard office technology, computer systems, and CRM platforms; visual acuity required to review, verify, and enter information accurately.

Valid state driver s license and the ability to maintain a clean and insurable driving record.
