• Deliver flawless waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax®.
• Build strong guest relationships and drive retail product sales through education and personalized recommendations.
• Meet and exceed monthly service, rebooking, and product sales goals.
• Create a memorable guest experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
• Meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.

• Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License (required).
• A passion for skincare and a talent for upselling and cross‑selling.
• Confidence in recommending products and services to meet guest needs.

• Paid Time Off (PTO): accruals based on role classification and years of service
