Job Summary

Clean Harbors is looking for InSite Chemists to join our safety‑conscious team.

• Making waste pickups at labs as needed.
• Packaging and labeling waste products and other materials.
• Identifying unknown chemicals when encountered.
• Performing inspections of staging, accumulating, and storage areas to ensure proper housekeeping procedures and compliance.
• Collecting, segregating, and properly packaging waste chemicals for efficient and compliant disposal.
• Ensuring overall quality control of waste materials being stored and shipped.
• Completing required manifests and tracking paperwork.
• Utilizing CHOICE waste management software to efficiently and accurately manage waste programs.

• High School diploma.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prior chemical handling experience or chemistry knowledge preferred.
• BS/BA in Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Science a plus.
• Willingness to complete a background check, drug test, and physical.
