Maintenance Technician; Part-Time

We are currently seeking a Part Time (20 hours/week) Maintenance Technician for a 90 unit apartment community in Bothell (River croft Apartments).

• Maintains a positive relationship with all Residents and fellow Associates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Performs all other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and assists the overall team in any way possible.
• Up keeps facility, painting, turning units, maintaining inventory, and scheduling repairs.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as landscaping, heating, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Inspect buildings and equipment.

• Must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair and service.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action; superior customer service skills; and a great attention to detail.
• 1+ years of hands‑on apartment maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, and appliances required; experience in painting is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school and/or military training or industry designation a plus. Valid driver’s license.
