HQ is in Bothell, WA. Service Area:
King and Snohomish Counties. Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour (DOE).

We're looking for those who like hands‑on work and want to see the results of their effort at the end of every day. We're a family‑owned company that has protected greater Seattle homes for over 50 years, and we're hiring an Insulation Installer / Technician to restore and seal homes against rodents.

• Company truck, tools & PPE — all provided. All tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and ongoing training supplied by the company.

• Hands‑on training. We'll get you up to speed on drainage systems, duct sealing, baffles, ladder safety, and every tool we use — no insulation background required.

• Install drainage pipe inside crawlspaces and around the home's exterior.
• Seal HVAC duct joints with mastic and wrap ducts with fresh insulation.
• Install air baffles in attics and crawlspaces.
• Keep every works‑site clean and haul debris to the dump.
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to hit a deadline (it's rare).

• Reliable, hands‑on, and a growth mindset who enjoys solving problems and helping homeowners.
• A background in insulation, construction, HVAC, or general labor is a plus — but we'll train the right person, so don't count yourself out if you're mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
• Comfortable on ladders, in tight spaces, and lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Friendly and clear with homeowners — you're the face of the company at their door.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (we'll pull an MVR).
• Able to pass a background check, driving record check, and drug screen.
  We do not screen for marijuana.
