HVAC Warranty Technician

Seatown is seeking an HVAC Warranty Technician to support critical cooling and environmental systems for our fintech data and server infrastructure. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment under warranty, manage RMA and vendor claims, and ensure uptime for server rooms and production facilities. You'll document issues in our ticketing system, interpret technical schematics, and collaborate with IT and facilities teams to plan preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with BMS controls, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems supporting data centers and server rooms
• Process and manage warranty, RMA, and vendor claims for HVAC equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC and related controls
• Document work performed in maintenance and IT ticketing systems
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Monitor and optimize system performance with BMS and related tools
• Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations
• Maintain service records and parts inventory for HVAC assets
• Support after-hours or on-call response for critical HVAC issues
