Seatown, a leading fintech innovator, is seeking an HVAC Technician to support our HVAC Wholesale operations within the Technical & Maintenance department. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems that support our high-density financial software and data environments. You'll troubleshoot complex mechanical and controls issues, optimize system performance for server rooms and offices, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems and components
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues in HVAC equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, and air handlers
  • Support environmental control for server rooms, offices, and warehouse areas
  • Monitor, test, and balance airflow, temperature, and humidity for optimal performance
  • Ensure all work complies with safety, building, and environmental regulations
  • Document work performed, parts used, and system status in maintenance logs/CMMSCoordinate with facility, technical, and vendor teams to plan and schedule work
  • Respond to emergency HVAC issues and participate in on-call rotations as needed
  • Recommend system upgrades and efficiency improvements to reduce downtime and energy use

Required Skills

  • HVAC system installation and repair
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical HVAC faults
  • Reading and interpreting HVAC schematics and blueprints
  • Commercial refrigeration basics
  • Building automation systems (BAS) and controls
  • Use of HVAC diagnostic tools and instrumentation
  • Air balancing and ventilation principles
  • Brazing, soldering, and basic pipe fitting
  • Knowledge of HVAC codes, EPA, and safety regulations
  • Computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
