Truck Team Driver (General Labor & Customer Service)

Full-Time & Part-Time positions available

$24-$29 . ALL-IN with base pay ($18.30-22/ hour) plus daily tips + performance pay

You’ll be joining a great team where you can grow your skills, earn great pay, stay in shape, and feel good about the work you do. We work hard, have fun, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Each shift starts at our office, where you'll be matched with your truck team and given your service routes for the day
• You'll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers' homes and properties, removing unwanted items and leaving smiles behind
• You'll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donation, and waste management partners

• 23+ years of age for driver positions (required for insurance purposes)
• Valid standard driver's license & good driving record
• A positive, friendly attitude
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Good communication skills

• ICHRA - Individual Healthcare Reimbursement after 90 days
• Simple IRA- Retirement Match up to 3%
• Holiday Pay- 3 holidays paid time and a half for hours worked
• Quarterly Cell Phone Stipend- $15-$30 per mo. determined by hours worked
