Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring full-time W-2 CDL-A Company Drivers in Washington . Whether you are an experienced driver or a recent CDL school graduate looking for paid mentor training, we offer steady miles, reliable home time, and top-tier equipment.

• Weekly Earnings: $1,300 $ 1,500 / week
• Top Earners: Up to $1,800+ / week (depending on miles, performance, and extra pay)
• Base Rate: $0.50 $ 0.62 per mile (CPM), based on experience

• $1,000 Minimum Weekly Pay Guarantee for your first 3 months (subject to eligibility)

• Stop Pay: $15.00 per stop
• Performance Bonus: Regular bonus opportunities available

• Employment Type: Full-time W-2 Company Driver
• Modern Fleet:  Freightliner or Kenworth tractors
• Assigned Trucks: No slip seating (your own truck)
• Load Ratio: 70% Drop & Hook / 30% Live Load & Unload
• Home Time: 2 full days of home time every 2 weeks
• Operating Area: Western OTR (WA, OR, , MT, WY, UT, CO, AZ, NM, TX, CA)

• Training Pay: $900 / week during 3 5 weeks of mentor training
• Post-Training Earnings: Opportunity to earn up to $1,500 / week after training
• Starting Rate Post-Training: Start at $0.50 CPM immediately upon completion
• Practical Training: Hands-on instruction with an experienced mentor covering ELD compliance, trip planning, pre/post-trip inspections, and safe CMV operation

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must be at least 21 years of age for interstate driving
• 6+ months OTR experience within the last 12 months, OR 12+ months qualifying experience within the past 5 years
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Must meet company safety requirements and successfully complete required DOT physical and drug screening

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of completed CDL school
• Must be at least 21 years of age for interstate driving
• Valid U.S. driver's license
