Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Looking for Shipping Specialist jobs in Bothell where accuracy and teamwork keep products moving? This opportunity lets you play a key role in receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation.

This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

• 2+ years of shipping and warehouse logistics experience
• Strong experience with WMS/ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Familiarity with major shipping platforms (Fed Ex required)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed

• Prepare and process outbound shipments per repair orders, internal requests, and shipping instructions
• Pack materials according to industry shipping standards (ATA 300 or similar)
• Perform shipping transactions using ERP/WMS systems (Oracle preferred)
• Generate shipping labels and documentation using carrier software (Fed Ex required; UPS/DHL a plus)
• Coordinate and schedule carrier pickups
• Track, trace, and update shipment status; proactively communicate delays or issues
• Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records
