Base Salary: $37,258.02 - $43,140.86/annually

Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.

Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 5- 9pm

North Branch, MN

This position provides site based administrative support to provide integrated, efficient and high-quality services for clients and staff including completion of face-to-face appointment scheduling and administrative support for site/branch managers and service providers. Serve as primary face to face contact at the front desk to greet and direct clients and visitors; answer and directs incoming telephone calls to destination; answers routine questions and relays/forwards information as necessary.

Provide specialized program support as assigned. Ideal position for college students, parents, and those looking to get a foot in the door of the mental health world!

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of clerical/administrative work experience.

• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
• Administrative support experience in a behavioral or medical health setting and third-party coverage verification preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems preferred.
