Express Lube Advisor Tom Kadlec Chevrolet – North Branch, MN
Pay: $23.00/hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunities
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Weekends:
None
Tom Kadlec Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Quick Lube Advisor to join our Service Department. This position is responsible for helping customers with routine maintenance and quick-service needs while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities- Greet customers and assist with quick-service and maintenance needs
- Write and manage repair orders accurately
- Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance and needed services
- Communicate vehicle concerns and repair recommendations clearly to customers
- Provide accurate estimates and explain services performed
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Review technician findings and communicate additional recommendations
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up as needed
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
- Help maintain an efficient, organized, and professional service drive
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively with technicians and other dealership departments
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and automotive services preferred
- Valid driver's license
- **$23.00/hour **
- Monthly bonus opportunities
