As the Operations Manager at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our team of Route, Relief, Overnight Express, and Bulk Drivers, alongside dedicated Warehouse Staff across both shifts. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise, guide, and support your team, providing direction and counseling to drive exceptional performance. You'll also oversee the facility and grounds, ensuring an efficient and safe workplace.

With a keen focus on managing operating expenses, you'll maintain consistent procedures that guarantee high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

To excel as the Operations Manager at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll need a blend of strong leadership and practical skills. A high school education or equivalent is essential, while experience in warehouse operations, tractor/trailer management, and beverage vending will give you a competitive edge. A valid Driver's License and health card, along with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Check, are crucial to ensure compliance with our Vehicle Safety Policy.

Although a Class A CDL is preferred, it's not a requirement. Your ability to effectively communicate, solve problems, and foster a customer-centric mindset will be key to navigating the dynamic landscape of distribution and ensuring our team operates at peak performance.
