OverviewThe Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care including triaging phone calls, visiting patients with changing conditions, and performing admissions as necessary.

Isanti, Chisago and Pine counties. - Schedule:
Full Time Days 8am-4:30pm – 64 hrs bi-weekly – occasional on-call, weekend, and holiday rotation. - Target pay: $38.00 – $43.00 per hour>

Job Responsibilities
Local travel and driver’s license required.
Registered Nurse HSP MinimumRequired Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- 1 year of nursing experience in a post‑acute care setting.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse within the state and maintaining licensure.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and satisfactory motor vehicle record.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility, including HIPAA, OSHA and other applicable standards.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
- One year nursing experience in Hospice.
Registered Nurse (required).
