SchedulePart Time – Weekends only 8am-4:30pm every Saturday & Sunday.
PayThe targeted pay range for this job is $38.50 – $43.50 per hour. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, certifications, licenses and education.

EssentialJob Responsibilities
Local travel and driver’s license required.
Registered Nurse HSP MinimumRequired Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- 1 year of nursing experience in a post‑acute care setting
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where working and must maintain licensure
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and satisfactory motor vehicle record
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Home Care, Bill of Rights, OSHA, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, Right to Know, SDS, ADA, HUD policy and procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
- One year nursing experience in Hospice
- Registered Nurse (required)
