North Metro Entry-Level Sales, Service & Operations

Walser Automotive Group is hiring entry-level team members for North Metro sales, service, and operations roles. In this customer-facing position, you'll greet guests, support test drives, explain our one-price, negotiation-free model, and assist with basic paperwork and scheduling. No automotive or sales experience is required-comprehensive training and clear career paths are provided. You'll work in a fast-paced dealership environment focused on integrity, transparency, and teamwork, helping customers find the right vehicle and services while building the foundation for a long-term career in auto retail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in showroom and service areas
• Support sales process, including test drives and product explanations
• Handle basic paperwork, data entry, and appointment scheduling
• Answer customer questions about vehicles, services, and pricing model
• Coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure smooth customer experience
• Follow Walser's one-price, negotiation-free sales process
• Maintain clean, organized showroom and customer areas
• Participate in paid training and coaching sessions
• Use dealership systems to log leads, customer info, and follow-ups
• Uphold company standards for integrity, transparency, and customer care
