HVAC Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for the repair and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems and assisting with replacement projects. You will also develop additional opportunities by identifying customer needs, while exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and team members.

Prior experience in the HVAC industry is required, along with excellent communication skills. You are self‑motivated and able to manage time effectively.

• Repair and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems and assistance with replacements
• Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of parts and equipment
• Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
• Complete invoices, daily performance sheets, and weekly reports as required
• Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross‑training in installation, sales, and related positions

• Residential and light commercial HVAC knowledge
• EPA certification
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
