Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator for our adult foster care program in North Branch, MN. As a Program Coordinator, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most independent lives.
Job Location: North Branch, MN – Main Street, a few blocks from downtown.
Hours: 40 hours per week; shifts 7am‑3pm or 8am‑4pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends.
Salary: $22.25 – $23.25 per hour.

- Managing the daily operations of the home
- Developing and facilitating person‑centered plans
- Providing leadership, training and supervision of staff
- Assuring adequate staffing within budget guidelines
- Performing program scheduling, payroll, and office functions
- Developing outcomes/learning objectives
- Reporting on individual progress
- Compliance with federal, state and county licensing rules and regulations
- Communicating and collaborating with support team members
- Performing direct support functions (assisting people with personal care needs, positive behavioral supports, household management, community activities and involvement, etc.)
- A valid driver’s license with no restrictions
- A valid background check and Motor Vehicle Report check
- Education and/or experience:
- Education related to human services, education, or health, and full-time direct‑care experience with persons with disabilities or age 65+ (or equivalent care for vulnerable adults or children).
- One of the following pathways:
- Four‑year degree plus at least one year of experience in the field
- Two‑year degree plus at least two years of experience in the field
- Diploma from a post‑secondary institution plus three years of experience in the field
- Four years of work experience in the field with 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities
