Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Independent Living Skills Counselor (IHSC) for our In-Home Adult program in North Branch, MN.
You will help adults and youth with disabilities achieve independence by providing skill training and supports in private home settings. Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing supports plans, and working with the person and their support team across areas such as daily living, communication, household management, and community living.
