Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership for a real?time decisioning platform, leading by example through daily hands?on development-designing and coding core components end?to?end to solve complex, ambiguous problems at scale while setting a high bar for code quality, performance, reliability, security, and long?term maintainability.

• Modern Java depth Java 17 + /Java 21
• Spring Boot
• MongoDB
• Distributed system design
• Performance tuning
• Rest API's
• Observability & Reliability ( logging, tracing, etc.)
• Cloud (Any cloud fine, Preferably Red Hat Open shift)

• Kafka
• CICD
• Agile/Scrum Exposure
