PBM Pricing Strategy Analyst Senior

Location:

Associates will be in-office 1–2 days per week, with hybrid work options for candidates residing within a reasonable commuting distance. Candidates outside this region will not be considered unless a legal accommodation is granted.

• Implement new processes, process improvements, and best practices related to guarantee monitoring and ASO pass back activities.
• Create and implement metrics and support performance measures to establish performance objectives for revenue maximization.
• Create tools and processes to monitor margin revenue and client retention.
• Monitor revenue falling below thresholds and implement necessary tasks to bring performance to or above targets.
• Implement pricing in the system related to margin.
• Support the Pharmacy Services team in implementing future revenue, member expansion, and growth capacity.

• BA/BS in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) data analysis; or equivalent education/experience.

• Intermediate Excel experience and strong analytical skills.
• Pharmacy underwriting/PBM experience.
• Medical underwriting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Salary range: $80,800 – $139,380 (based on location, experience, and qualifications).
