Director of Finance & Administration
Salary: $150,000

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance & Administration:
- Lead finance, accounting, HR, payroll, benefits, insurance, and risk management functions
- Develop monthly financial and operational reporting packages for Ownership and Leadership
- Build KPI dashboards and sales performance analytics to support compensation and growth initiatives
- Lead evaluation and implementation of a modern HR/Payroll platform and next-gen ERP/CRM systems
- Oversee accounting and reporting for affiliated real estate and development entities
- Manage corporate compliance, tax coordination, and relationships with outside advisors
Qualifications for the Director of Finance & Administration:
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a privately held or family-owned company
- Track record of building financial reporting, KPI, and business systems infrastructure
- Experience with ERP/CRM evaluation and implementation
- Strong discretion and judgment handling confidential financial and ownership information
