Substitute School Nurse (All Schools) RNs
Salary: $31.83 per hour. No benefits offered. Position is "as needed" for daily openings.
Job Duties:
- Monitoring and caring for students with a vast array of illnesses and conditions, including but not limited to:
Diabetes, with and without insulin pumps - Routine care of colds, illnesses, allergies (including anaphylactic allergies)
- Emergency care/injuries/first aid
- Daily medications
- Working with mental health and special education staff to assist students with various needs
Qualifications:
- Must have current CT RN license and be CPR/AED certified.
- Must have at least one year full-time working experience within the last 5 years prior to application.
