Position: Registered Nurse (PRN)

Join CAREonsite as a Registered Nurse RN Occupational Health & Injury Case Management CAREonsite a division of Tang & Company provides occupational medical services nationwide We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Registered Nurse RN with at least two years of experience in general medicine occupational health or emergency room nursing

Schedule & Pay Schedule PRNPay Range 42 48 hr

What Youll Do
  • Support & Monitor Occupational Health Programs Provide care oversight and coordination of a wide range of occupational health services
  • Health Promotion & Education Develop health promotion programs in collaboration with the supervising occupational physician
  • Medical Reporting & Compliance Provide accurate well documented medical reports and formulate occupational health procedures as needed
  • Health Assessments & Surveillance Conduct job specific health assessments pre employment exams and ongoing health surveillance
  • First Aid & Injury Case Management Provide first aid care manage work related injuries and illnesses and coordinate follow up care per protocol
  • Clinical Expertise Perform phlebotomy IV blood draws and administer immunizations as required
  • Occupational Illness & Injury Consultation Work under established protocols to evaluate monitor and report potential occupational illnesses and injuries
What Were Looking For
  • Current Registered Nurse RN license in the state of practice
  • At least 2 years of experience in general medicine occupational health or emergency room nursing
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLSAED certification from the American Heart Association
  • Proficiency in phlebotomy IV blood draws and immunizations
  • Strong computer skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic medical data management
  • Physical ability Requires standing and walking for up to five hours per shift; infrequent lifting of up to 15 lbs
