Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and non-routine inspections and tests on products and components to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Collect, record, and analyze quality data to support engineering and manufacturing teams in identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and documentation.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, testing, or quality engineering support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and data collection methods.
  • Proficiency with quality measurement tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with quality standards such as ISO or Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
Desired Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or related field.
  • Experience in building automation or manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
