Location:

North Brunswick, NJ 08902 Compensation: $18/h – 1099 Independent Contractor

We are seeking responsible and friendly Substitute Lunchroom/Playground Aides to support students during lunch and recess periods across the district. This role helps ensure a safe and positive environment for all students.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to supervise groups of children safely
• Must pass required criminal history background check

Responsibilities:

• Supervise students in the lunchroom and/or playground areas
• Ensure student safety and enforce school rules
• Assist students as needed with lunch or play activities
• Report any incidents to school staff
• Support school staff in maintaining a positive and safe environment
• Perform other related duties as assigned
