What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assess vehicle performance concerns or service requests
• Write repair orders and develop clear, accurate service estimates
• Communicate needs and recommendations, being the liaison between customers and technicians.
• Partner with technicians to explain inspection results and maintenance needs in a customer-friendly way
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage when applicable
• Communicate service updates, completion times, and pricing
• Recommend additional maintenance or repairs based on vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate customer and service records in dealership systems
• Keep customers informed of service specials and value-added offerings

What You'll Bring

Bilingual Preferred

• Previous Service Advisor/Service Writer experience,
• Professional with focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Communicate technical terms to non-technical audience.
• CDK experience, a plus!
• Create a truly memorable experience for our customers
• Work well in a team environment.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual sales and gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
