This senior leadership opportunity offers the chance to oversee a 3PL distribution operation, drive profitability and continuous improvement, and build strong customer and team relationships.

Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day 3PL warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, shipping, returns, inventory, labor planning, and productivity. Own site financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labor costs, operating expenses, revenue, and margin improvement. Serve as a senior point of contact for key customers while leading operations teams, developing leadership talent, managing staffing, and resolving escalated issues.

Drive KPIs, continuous improvement, technology utilization, safety, and process optimization to improve service, efficiency, profitability, and scalability. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, or 3PL operations. Proven experience managing a high-volume warehouse or multi-client 3PL operation, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, fulfillment, transportation, and supply-chain processes.

Strong leadership, analytical, customer-management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience using WMS, ERP, or TMS platforms. Preferred Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in a senior operations management or General Manager role.

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, automation, or other continuous-improvement methodologies.
