North Brunswick, NJ | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Salary: $90,000- $95,000/ annually

BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager for our North Brunswick, NJ office. This office provides best-in-class care to pediatric clients and families throughout Middlesex County.

What You'll Do

* Lead, inspire, and support nurses to deliver exceptional pediatric home care

* Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Middlesex County

* Develop, review, and oversee individualized care plans

* Provide clinical oversight and support for RNs and LPNs in the field

* Facilitate orientation for newly hired staff

* Complete skills validations and competency assessments for new and tenured employees

* Partner with office leadership to support quality, compliance, and continuity of care

Qualifications

* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

* Minimum of 2 years of RN experience

* Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

* Home care experience is a plus

* Trach and vent experience is a plus

* Passion for pediatric care and supporting clinical teams

Schedule & Work Environment

* Full-time role: exempt

* Monday-Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours)

* Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement

* Participation in on-call rotation as needed
