Target - 101 Grand Avenue - Responsibilities:
Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and maintaining knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed;
Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs;
Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales;
Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity;
Support backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests;
Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using merchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for our guest;
Support price-change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, including signing execution;
Maintain and use fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests;
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties
