Position Summary
As a Realty Project Coach on the Realty Execution team for Walmart U.S., you will own and deliver store and club remodels, new store openings, and special projects across the United States. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, partnering with store team leads to supervise hourly associates, handle escalations, and keep operations on track.
Responsibilities- Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders and minimizing impact on store operations.
- Motivate and develop associates; provide supervision, training, mentorship, and career guidance.
- Collaborate with store leadership, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams to resolve concerns and reinforce teamwork.
- Travel extensively—frequent travel up to 1000 miles and being away from home 80 % of the time—to support projects; overnight stays will be reimbursed.
- Work primarily on overnight shifts, typically 10–12 hours per shift.
- Minimum Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Preferred Credentials: Master’s degree in business or related field; 1 year of experience leading cross‑functional teams;
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. - Reliable transportation and the ability to travel frequently and overnight.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 – $110,000, with performance‑based bonuses potential. Extensive travel (up to 1000 miles) and overnight stays are required; mileage and accommodations will be reimbursed.
