We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Roofing Laborer to join our team.

As a Roofing Laborer at Royalty Roofing, you will play a crucial role in our projects by assisting the foreman and supervisors in various roofing and siding tasks. The ideal candidate should have some prior experience in roofing and exterior construction work and be willing to take instructions and work collaboratively as part of our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within the organization.

• Work alongside the foreman and supervisors to complete roofing and siding projects on residential and commercial properties.
• Assist with the installation and repair of roofing systems, including membrane, shingle, and metal roofs.
• Handle various tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring they are organized and free of debris.
• Lift and carry heavy materials as required.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment.
• Perform any additional duties as directed by the foreman or supervisors.

• Some experience in commercial roofing and exterior construction work is preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Willingness to take direction from supervisors and foreman.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
