My client is a local GC looking for a PM to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial projects throughout Northeast Ohio and across the country. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys owning projects from preconstruction through closeout while working alongside an experienced, close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners throughout the construction process.
- Lead project meetings while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.
- Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Monitor project costs, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on budget.
- Support field operations by partnering closely with Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Conduct regular jobsite visits and travel to active projects as needed.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout every phase of construction.
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager.
- Experience managing commercial renovation, retail, restaurant, tenant improvement, or ground‑up commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, scheduling, subcontract management, and project financials.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel to project sites approximately 1-4 times per month.
