Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Account Specialist located in North Canton, OH. The Customer Account Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and assisting with account management. The role also involves tracking and analyzing customer data to improve processes and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer data, identify trends, and propose solutions
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer and CRM software is preferred
  • Previous experience in client relations or account management is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is advantageous
